Support Services
at
Hospice of Washington County

Hospice of Washington County grief family support services are provided for up to 13 months after a death of a loved one. These services are provided free of charge and open to community. You do not need to have had a loved one on Hospice Services.
With our array of support groups available to you for you to utilize, we offer more personal visits, by phone or face-to-face. Some individuals find it a personal preference and would like to discuss only in private. Others are comfortable with group discussion, while yet another would like personal visits and the group discussion. Whatever you choose, we are committed to support you in your bereavement journey.
Hospice of Washington County has special programs or activities that come up throughout the year. A few of the Family Support Services include:
1. Telephone calls
2. One-on-one visits
3. Monthly informational mailings
4. Structured support groups, and
5. Bereavement volunteer visits
