Hospice uses a team approach. The team consists of:

Clergy	Family Support Coordinator.

A registered nurse is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

An Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) is responsible for developing the Plan of Care in conjunction with the hospice staff. The IDT meets weekly to discuss the status of the patients and to make any changes in the Plan of Care.
